Our mission is to provide to our customers quality vitamins, hair and oral care products that are not widespread. In addition, we also sell products that although there are many places to buy, but few know that their role in health care, hair care and oral care is outstanding.
The products displayed on the webshop can only be ordered online, unfortunately there is no possibility of personal receipt.
1. Products offered
The categories of the products: hair care products, oral care products, vitamins and other products.
2. The price of the products
All prices include VAT but does not include postage cost. No extra packaging cost!
3. Order information, processing orders and how to order
Orders are processed NON-STOP, on every day, 24 hours a day. This is due to our automated system. You can place an order at any time of the day and you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been processed and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible.
For ordering information and how to order, please read the ‘How To Order’ section. The ‘How to Order’ section is also part of the Terms and Conditions, therefore the customer or user agrees with all points of it, accept it and binding on himself.
In addition, we reserve the right to cancel the orders in whole or in part. Partial delivery can only take place after consultation with the customer. The cancellation can be made also after consultation with the customer. This can be done by email or phone. If the customer has already transferred/sent the amount, but Drogeriaplusz can not complete the order and cancel it, the Drogeriaplusz undertakes to refund the amount to the customer as soon as possible.
4. Return policy
Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to fill the form at the ‘Contact’ or by sending an e-mail to info@drogeriaplusz.hu. You have to return the item by post or courier service to our company’s address. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We will not able to refund the original shipping cost nor the return postage costs. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) packages!
We sell cosmetics and vitamins, so we only accept returns for unused and unopened goods returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Otherwise the customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal and we will not be able to refund the value of the product! This is clearly stated in the law!
Once the item has been received a full refund will be issued directly into your PayPal or Bank account within 30 days. Drogeriaplusz is not responsible for PayPal and bank fees!
5. Privacy policy
Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. It will not be released to any third party except for the post and courier service (who also handle the information in accordance with the applicable data protection laws) to complete the delivery.
Your password is encrypted and not visible to our staff.
We record the information you give us during the registration and order, until you request the deletion of your information.
