How To Order

Step 1
You need to register in order to purchase from our webshop. Click the dark blue Registration icon in the bottom left corner to proceed with the registration.

Step 2
Your browser will navigate you to the registration form after hitting the Registration button. Fill in the personal details and choose a username that you would like to use later on for login in to the webshop. Use a valid e-mail address so we can contact you in case of a problem. Please use a name that appears on the postal address, where the purchased products are going to be sent.

Step 3
On the same page, give the correct postage address that you would like your purchased product to be sent. Choose a password that you will use for login in. Tick the box in the bottom if you would like to receive newsletters about our deals. Finally, click on the registration button.

Step 4
After completing the registration procedure, you are automatically redirected to our webshop (later, you will use 'Sign in' to enter the webshop with the username and password given at registration). Choose the items that you would like to buy and click on the icon next to them. You can do this from the main page, at 'Top sellers' products or in any of the subcategories ('Hair care', 'Oral care', Vitamins, supplements', 'Other products'). Also, you can add items to your cart by clicking on the icon. This retrieves information about the product and you can put the item in your cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart'. You can choose the number of products that you would like to purchase at 'Qty' (Quantity) and click on the 'Add to Cart' button.

Step 5
After choosing the right number of items, click on the 'Checkout' on the top right corner.

Step 6
Your browser will navigate you to your cart. You can modify or delete your purchase. After finalizing your purchase, choose the method of payment:

- If you choose bank transfer, then you need to transfer in advance the total cost of the products and the postage cost to our bank account. You will get the bank account number and all the necessary information (IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and SWIFT code) in the confirmation e-mail, following your purchase. After the cleared payment, your package is handed over to the post. The post delivers your package. In case you are not present at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a note, which you can use to retrieve your package at the named post office (usually the one closest to your home).

- If you choose Debit/Credit Card then you have to transfer the money in advance to our webstore. After clicking on the 'Place order' button and the next page on 'Pay with credit card through PayPal' button you are automatically  redirected to the PayPal site. Choose here the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' tab.

After the tab opened the columns are filled automatically with your webstore registration data. Please note that the card holder's data is required in this page. If the card holder's data (Billing information) are the same with the postage address you just have to fill the right columns with your card number, your card's exp. date (month/year) and with your card verification number (this code can be found on the back of the card at the top right-hand side of the signature strip. In this case, the number required is the last three digits). Finally you have to click below to the blue 'Pay Now' button. Then you have just to click 'ok' on the next pages and the transaction will be completed. You will get an SMS notification about the transaction in case it is set in your banking service.

If the cardholder's billing information is different from the shipping address delete the tick at the ' Ship to my billing address' to modify the details. Now you can modify billing address and shippin address too if necessary. For help see underneath:

Card number: 16 digit number, found on the front of the card
Expiration date: Month/year, found on the front of the card
CSC:  The last three-digits printed on the back of the card at the top right-hand side of the signature strip
First name: Cardholder's first name (surname)
Last name: Cardholder's last name (family name)
Address line 1: Cardholder's address, only street and house number
Address line 2: Additional line for the address. Write additional delivery information, if required.
City: City where the cardholder lives
State/Province/Region: (optional)
Postal code: Postal/zip code.
Telephone: (optional)
E-mail: (optional)

When finished filling in the form, tick the 'I confirm that I have read, consent and agree to PayPal's Account Optional and Privacy Policy (including the processing and disclosing of my personal data), and I am of legal age. I can read more about PayPal in the Key Payment and Service Information' and click on the 'Pay Now' button. Then you only have to submit and accept the following pages and your credit or debit card payment will be completed. You will get an SMS notification about the transaction in case it is set in your banking service.

If something is not clear about payment please write to info@drogeriaplusz.hu with the subject 'Credit/Debit Card Payment Technical Problem'. Including your name and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We dispatch the package after the cleared payment received. The postman delivers the package. If you are not at home when the postman delivers your package, he leaves a notification in your post-box. This notification enables you to take over your package in the local post office.

- If you choose to pay via PayPal you have to transfer the money in advance to our PayPal account. Click on the 'Place Order' button, then click on the 'Proceed to PayPal' button, and our webstore redirects to the PayPal site, where you can log in to your PayPal account and you can pay for the item(s) safely. By choosing this payment method we assume you are aware of using PayPal. We dispatch the package after the cleared payment received. The postman delivers the package. If you are not at home when the postman delivers your package he leaves a notification in your post-box. This notification enables you to take over your package in the local post office.

The products arrive in discrete packaging. No title or text refers to the content of the package.

Finally click on the 'Place Order' button to finalize your order. You will receive a confirmation email about your order to the email address you have given in the registration form. It includes the details mentioned above. (Debit/Credit Card and PayPal payments include further steps which are detailed above. Paying with Debit/Credit Card or with PayPal you get notification e-mail about your purchase from PayPal only after the cleared payment.)

In case you are an already registered user, only steps 4-6 refer to you.

Packaging:

The products are posted in discrete packaging. There are no indications on the packaging, nor on the waybill about the contents of your package.

Delivery time:

Delivery time depends on the methods of payment:

-    If you pay by bank transfer we dispatch the item after the cleared payment received (international transfer takes 2-3 working days). In the case the customer transfers the money to our bank account on the day of purchase the delivery time is 5-7 working days.

-    Also in case of PayPal payment posting your product is on hold until the payment arrives to our PayPal account. If the cleared payment received until 12:00 PM on the same day as the order is placed the delivery time  is 3-4 workdays. Payment received after 12:00 PM are processed the day after, so in this case the 3-4 workdays counted from that day!

-    If you pay by Debit Card / Credit Card we dispatch the item after the cleared payment received. If the cleared payment received until 12:00 PM on the same day as the order is placed the delivery time  is 3-4 workdays. Payment received after 12:00 PM are processed the day after, so in this case the 3-4 workdays counted from that day!

Exceptions: products marked by a red star (*) are not in stock. The delivery time for these exceptional items are listed in the product info.

Exceptions are also periods when our employees are on holiday. At that period the delivery time is 5-6 workdays. In this case the customer will be informed.

Return Policy:

The customer has the right to return the products ordered within 14 days on receipt. In this case our webshop returns the price of the products if they are sent back in sealed, unbroken condition. Returning the price does not involve postage costs, and the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.
