4. I do not live in the United Kingdom. Can I order?
Yes, we post to all European countries with a very low postage cost.
5. Are the products original and sealed?
Of course we sell only original, sealed products.
6. I ordered a product for hair loss treatment. Will the postman or the person who takes over the package see what I ordered?
Unless you tell them, no one (neither the postman, nor the person who takes over the package) will be able to tell what the package contains. The products are delivered in discrete packaging. There are no indications on the packaging, nor on the waybill about the contents of your package.
7. What time does the postman deliver to your house? What happens if there is no one at home at the time of delivery?
Deliveries usually will be made in the morning. However, in case there is no one at home at the time of delivery, then the postman leaves a note in your mailbox about the location of the post office, where you can pick up your package (usaully the nearest post office).
8. Can the personal information given at registration be handled to a third party, or will I get lots of spam?
The personal information are neccesary to be given in order to complete your order. They are kept confidential and the company is liable that they are not handed over to any third parties, and we do not send spams.
9. Which is more efficient: the Rogaine Foam or the Kirkland Minoxidil?
Both products contain 5% minoxidil. The only difference is that one of them is a foam, the other is liquid. There is no evidence proving either of them is more efficient than the other; some prefer Rogaine Foam, while others choose Kirkland liquid. The advantage of Rogaine foam is that it dries in 2 minutes and is absorbed into the scalp.
10. Are Rogaine Foam and Kirkland Minoxidil efficient in treatment / prevention of hair loss?
It is highly recommended to begin treatment in case of male pattern baldness (AKA androgenic alopecia (AGA)), but there has not yet appeared greater bald areas. The product is excellent for preventing hair loss.
11. I was balding for a long time / I have bald spots on my scalp. Is it still recommended for me to try Rogaine Foam or Kirkland Minoxidil?
It is highly recommended to begin treatment, as Rogaine Foam and Kirkland Minoxidil are both excellent in reactivizing hair follicles, promoting the regrowth of hair in balding spots.
12. I did not find answer to my question neither here, nor under the 'How to Order'. What do i do now?
